If you have never enjoyed haggis you are in a very broad company. While preparing the Occoneechee Highlanders for a trip to National Jamboree in 1993 I captured this melody which aptly describes the taste of this truly unusual and unique treat. The images were found around the web, except three which my daughter, Jordan, took on her Pilgrimage Project in 2010. Enjoy the flavor.
